To receive an order status please provide the information requested below. Please use the order number provided in the order confirmation you received immediately after the order was placed. If you were provided an estimated ship date please allow 24-hours to pass beyond that date before asking for a status. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday only - 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
