Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free within the continental U.S. up to 94" wide. We do not ship outside the continental U.S.
Custom products can only be returned for warranty repair or replacement. Custom products cannot be returned because you failed to order swatch samples and now don't like the color. Custom products cannot be returned because you want cellular shades instead of the woven woods you ordered or because you changed your mind on the kind of lift system you ordered.
In the event your window covering arrives defective or becomes defective within the term limits of the warranty, simply drop me an email at service@affordableshades.com or call our toll-free number at 1-888-660-2546. We'll make the necessary arrangements to have the window covering returned for whatever service it requires.
If a window covering requires service after the warranty has expired you will be asked to ship the window covering to the factory and to pay in advance whatever the manufacturer charges which could include return freight, labor and parts. Contact us to make arrangements in advance and to obtain a return RGA# and ship-to address.
Keep the box your window covering arrives in until the window treatment is installed and deemed operational.
