The cellular shades have made a major difference to the temperature in our home. We live in Roswell Georgia and our home was built long before there was central air. Some days the temperature in parts of our home would go as high as 90oF to 100oF, now it never goes above 80oF. What can I say but thanks.

My husband spoke with customer service who sent us a new wand and suggested we order new valences to span the entire width of the window thereby eliminating the gaps. This has solved the problem that we had. The blinds are very nice and were reasonably priced and we are pleased that the matter was quickly resolved. Thanks for your help
